Need something that isn't in the catalogue?
Bespoke orders run through the same production discipline as our standard catalogue, same casting standards, same hand-setting, same quality control, just built to your specification instead of ours. Most commissions are set with a diamond or gemstone from our own inventory, sourced and selected by Osia, though we can work with a client-supplied stone too. Typical bespoke requests: a setting designed around one of our own stones, a resized or re-metalled version of an existing design, or an entirely original piece built from your CAD file or sketch.

How manufacturing works.
Does Osia use the client's own diamonds and gemstones?
Usually, yes, from our own inventory: every diamond and gemstone we work with is sourced and selected by Osia and sold as part of the order. What the client brings is the design, a reference, a CAD file, or a sketch, and our own team manufactures it to specification, whether that means a setting built around one of our own stones, re-running an existing catalogue design in a different metal, size, or stone, or an entirely original piece. Clients who'd rather supply their own stone can do that too.
Does Osia manufacture for other jewellery brands?
Yes. Alongside our own wholesale catalogue, our team builds to brief for brands worldwide, your designs, produced by us, under NDA as standard. It's the same production discipline behind every piece we make.
What are the stages of production?
